Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pin’s Stop! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under current legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and notify us of your intent to return the item, without needing to provide a reason. You then have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your pin must:
-Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-Be returned in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To make a return, please contact us at: info@pinsstop.com.
Please include in your email:
Your first and last name.
Your order number.
The reason for the return (optional, but it greatly helps us improve our products!).
We will then provide you with the postal address to send your order back to.
3. Return Shipping Costs & International Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs will be fully refunded to you along with the rest of your order, provided the entire order is returned.
Note for International Orders: The same conditions apply regarding the buyer’s responsibility for return shipping costs. Please note that any original customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable. When shipping a return from outside the EU, you must mark the customs form as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import duties upon arrival in France.
We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its safe receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund (e.g., if the item is damaged or has been worn).
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
We take the utmost care in the design and packaging of our pins. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged during transit, we will gladly replace or refund it.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@pinsstop.com with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. In this specific case, the return shipping costs (if necessary) will be fully covered by us.

Important: Please do not ship your item back without contacting us first. You must receive our return instructions and the correct postal address via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed properly.
